Keywords
- STOP (also STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE) — unsubscribe. One confirmation, then nothing further.
- START (also UNSTOP, SUBSCRIBE) — subscribe or resume after a STOP.
- HELP (also INFO) — help and support contact.
- DELETE — erase your photos, messages, and memory immediately.
Keywords work when sent as the whole message.
Consent
Texting consent is separate from everything else: it is an unchecked box on our website, or the act of texting FitCheck first. Promotional texts require a second, optional, unchecked box. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and FitCheck can be used in the browser without it.
